Was great to spend time with so many friends at the Hemispheric Forum on “Security in the Western Hemisphere”. Many excellent and thankfully short presentations (good trend) including the keynote from Minister of Defenc/se of Ecuador Oswaldo Jarrin Roman. Nice to have Ecuador back in the fold.
