It was a pleasure to be invited back to exchange views with the Master’s class at the Inter American Defense College (#IADC) this past Monday. These are the next generation of military and civilian leaders from across the America’s. Thanks to Prof Mark Hamilton these sessions are always a dynamic exchange with lots to learn. These are turbulent times in much of the region making these structured learning opportunities even more important.
